POFlow is operated by Black Brick Software. By installing or using POFlow, you agree to these terms.
POFlow is a Shopify app that converts purchase order files into Shopify draft or regular orders. You upload files, our AI extracts line items, and we match them to your product catalog. You review the matches and create orders.
You agree not to:
POFlow offers a free tier (5 files per month) and paid plans with higher limits. All billing is handled through Shopify's billing system. Your payment method on file with Shopify will be charged according to the plan you select.
Plan limits are enforced per file uploaded. If you reach your limit mid-upload, remaining files are accepted but held until you upgrade or your next billing cycle begins.
To cancel your subscription, go to your Shopify Admin > Settings > Billing > App charges. Refunds are handled by Shopify per their billing policies.
POFlow uses AI (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to extract data from your purchase order files. While we strive for accuracy, AI extraction is not perfect. You are responsible for reviewing all matches before creating orders. POFlow is not liable for errors in AI-extracted data.
Your use of POFlow is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We delete all your data within 30 days of uninstalling the app.
POFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to incorrect order data, missed line items, or service interruptions.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for POFlow in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You can stop using POFlow at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of POFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
